Your position
In your position as Recruitment Partner in the Service Organisation, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated HR Germany team whose mission is to enable the business with the right people, at the right time, in the right way. You will have the chance to shape how we attract and hire talent, strengthen our pipelines, and continuously improve our recruitment practice. Your place of work will be at our office in Hamburg. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel occasionally (e.g., for interviews, site visits, or career events).
Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across our German organisation.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Driving end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer and handover to onboarding
- Partnering with hiring managers to define profiles, align expectations, and secure timely decisions
- Sourcing proactively through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and targeted outreach to build strong pipelines
- Ensuring a structured candidate experience with clear communication and strong process discipline in our ATS
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for an outgoing and positive recruiter who is passionate about building strong teams and wants to leave their personal mark on it. You have a proactive and organised approach to your work and are eager to challenge, improve, and simplify recruitment in a fast-moving environment.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in recruitment (in-house and/or agency), ideally in a technical, industrial, energy, or service environment
- A relevant qualification in HR, business, psychology, or a comparable field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Fluency in English and German
- Wilingness to travel around 20 days/year
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail and a pragmatic mindset
