Das erwartet Dich

Als Performance Manager (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standorte in Hirschberg a.d. Bergstraße, Berlin oder Hamburg bist Du das technische Rückgrat unserer PV-Projekte – von der Planungsphase bis zur Analyse des laufenden Betriebs. Du kombinierst fundiertes Simulations-Know-how mit einem guten Gespür für reale Performance und unterstützt sowohl den Vertrieb als auch das Engineering mit deiner Expertise. Dabei übernimmst Du Verantwortung in einer Schlüsselrolle für die Bewertung, Optimierung und Interpretation der Anlageneffizienz.

Deine Aufgaben

Erstellung von Ertragsprognosen sowie Performance-Ratio- und Verfügbarkeitsberechnungen mit PVsyst
Analyse und Bewertung von Energieverlusten entlang der gesamten Systemkette (inkl. Verschattung, Temperatur, Verkabelung etc.)
Unterstützung der Elektroplanung bei der Optimierung des DC/AC-Verhältnisses und anderer Systemparameter
Vergleich und Bewertung alternativer Anlagenlayouts im Hinblick auf Performance und Wirtschaftlichkeit
Erarbeitung technischer Empfehlungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Kundenpräsentationen und Vertriebsunterlagen
Technische Unterstützung bei der Ausgestaltung von Leistungs- und Garantieklauseln in Kundenverträgen
Auswertung und Interpretation von Mess- und Betriebsdaten nach Inbetriebnahme zur Validierung von Simulationen
Identifikation und Analyse von Abweichungen zwischen Simulation und Realbetrieb zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung

Wen wir suchen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
Erste Berufserfahrung in der PV-Branche
Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Performance Ratio und Verfügbarkeitsberechnung, Verlust- und Degradationsmechanismen sowie der seriellen und parallelen Verschaltung von Modulen
Idealerweise Kenntnisse in PV-Syst
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
