Start your career in one of the world's fastest-growing sectors and become part of the team at our training center in Dobra. We're looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of our Academy's daily operations.

Your role

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, take care of office logistics, and make sure everything runs efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

  • Handling general office tasks such as printing, scanning, and document management;
  • Ordering office equipment and supplies through our IT systems or local vendors;
  • Making everyday office purchases as needed;
  • Welcoming and assisting delegates during their stay, including coordinating catering and other arrangements;
  • Providing administrative and logistical support for Academy activities;
  • Daily maintenance and cleaning of canteen and Academy premises.

Requirements

  • Communicative in spoken and written English;
  • Comfortable in using in MS office, especially MS Excel (basics);
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Strong in organizational skills;
  • Positive in attitude with a focus on teamwork;
  • Have a valid driving license cat. B.

Employment type: Contract of Mandate for at least 3 months.
