In dieser Rolle bist Du für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP ERP-Systeme mit den Schwerpunkten Finanzbuchhaltung (FI), Controlling (CO) und Materialwirtschaft (MM) verantwortlich. Dazu gehört die Integration von SAP mit unserem Treasury Management System (TMS) für Zahlungsprozesse, D.3 für das Rechnungsmanagement und SAP Concur für Reisekosten, um einen nahtlosen Finance Workflow im gesamten Unternehmen zu gewährleisten. Weiterhin erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben:
- Verwaltung und Optimierung der ERP-, Dokumentenmanagement- oder CRM-Systemen, insbesondere S/4HANA und MS BC
- Administration, Monitoring und Optimierung von Datenbanksystemen, insbesondere MSSQL Server und PostgreSQL
- Anwendungssupport, Fehleranalyse sowie Störungsbeseitigung in diesen und weiteren Fachsystemen
- Beratung von Kunden im Fachbereich
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Nutzung innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
- Definition, Anbindung und Wartung von Schnittstellen
- Mitwirkung bei Optimierung der Systemlandschaft oder Etablierung neuer Lösungen
- Eigenständige Übernahme von Teilaufgaben in Projekten
- Kollaboration mit externen Partnern

Mit diesen Voraussetzungen trägst Du entscheidend dazu bei sicherzustellen, dass unsere ERP-Systeme die Geschäftsabläufe optimal abbilden und zuverlässig unterstützen:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich (Fach)Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld
- Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Anwendungsadministration sowie Projektarbeit
- Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen in der Betreuung von ERP-, Dokumentationsmanagement- oder CRM-Systemen
- Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA oder MS Business Central sowie MSSQL Server oder PostgreSQL von Vorteil
- Analytische Denkweise sowie ein selbstständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsstil
- Dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich, ergänzende Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
