Deine Aufgaben
Für ein Höchstspannungs-Gleichstrom-Übertragungsprojekt suchen wir zum 01.04. eine Bauleitung im Bereich Tiefbau (m/w/d). Die Leistungserbringung ist bis Ende Januar 2027 vorgesehen und der Arbeitsort wäre Gera in Thüringen.
Dein Aufgabenspektrum umfasst u.a.:
- Kontrolle der Bauausführung
- Abstimmung mit ausführenden Firmen und verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern inklusive Überwachung des Informationsaustauschs
- Überprüfung von Terminplänen unter Beachtung von jahreszeit-, bauablauf- und witterungsbedingter Erfordernisse
- Kontrolle der Baudokumentation, z.B. Überprüfung der digitalen Bautagesberichte
- Prüfung von Materiallieferungen
- Beratung der Rechnungsprüfung sowie Abgleich geleisteter Ausführung
- Organisation von Abnahmen unter Mitwirkung weiterer fachlich beteiligter Personen
Anforderungen & deine Expertise
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurswesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Großprojekten im Bereich Tiefbau
- Erfahrungen in der Bauüberwachung, Steuerung und Kommunikation mit relevanten internen und externen Beteiligten im Bereich Erd- oder Trassenbau
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen (VOB)
- Kenntnisse von Methoden zur Bewertung der Bodenbelastbarkeit, Verdichtung und Rekultivierung
