Dafür bieten wir umfangreiche Projektmanagement- und Beratungsdienstleistungen für Offshore-Windenergie-Projekte und helfen unseren Kunden dieses Ziel zu erreichen. Unsere breit aufgestellten Expertenteams begleiten weltweit große Energieversorgungsunternehmen und Projektentwickler auf dem Weg ihrer Transformation.

Deine Aufgaben

Für ein Höchstspannungs-Gleichstrom-Übertragungssystem zwischen Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und Bayern suchen wir einen Berater für Umweltschutz und Abfall (m/w/d) bis Februar 2026. Die Leistungserbringung ist bis Ende Januar 2028 vorgesehen. Die Tätigkeit ist zur Hälfte im Remote durchführbar, der Rest ist im Berliner Büro oder auf den Baustellen (zwischen Klein Rogahn und Landkreis Börde) durchzuführen.

Ziel ist es, ein Umweltmanagementsystem zu entwickeln, um u.a. die Abfallwirtschaft, Boden-, Gewässer- und Immissionsschutz zu gewährleisten.

Dein Aufgabenspektrum umfasst u.a.:

  • Ansprechpartner für alle Themen des Umweltschutzes, wie z.B. Entsorgung, Boden- und Gewässerschutz, Immissionsschutz
  • Prüfung und Bestätigung des Wiedereinbaus von Materialien und von Entsorgungswegen, Überwachung, Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Entsorgungsvorgängen
  • Durchsetzung umweltrechtlicher Vorgaben sowie von Genehmigungen und internen Richtlinien
  • Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Schulungen zu umweltrelevanten Themen
  • Erstellung von Berichten zum Projektstatus als auch bei Umweltereignissen und Berichtspflichten gegenüber Behörden
  • Krisenmanagement bei Umweltereignissen und Behördenkontakten
  • Durchführung von Kontrollen und Begehungen auf den Baustellen
  • Durchführung von Lesson Learned und Weiterentwicklung der Umweltschutzstandards

Anforderungen & deine Expertise

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder Ausbildung zum Umwelttechniker oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Umweltschutz und Abfall
  • Erfahrungen im Rückbau und Abfallwirtschaft, Probenahme und Deklaration von Abfällen, Einbau von Ersatzbaustoffen sowie elektronischen Abfallnachweisführung
  • Einschlägige Erfahrungen im Boden-, Gewässer- und Immissionsschutz
  • Fachkunde als Betriebsbeauftragter für Abfall mindestens 3 Jahre
