Das macht deine Rolle als Experte Finanzierung Erneuerbare Energien (m/w/d) aus:
- Du besetzt eine besondere Fachexpertise im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien und managst diesen Kompetenzbereich eigenverantwortlich
- Du berätst die Abteilungsleitung und/oder Geschäftsleitung fachlich und bringst dein Wissen aktiv in der gesamten Bank ein
- Du unterstützt Projekte fachlich und übernimmst bei Bedarf auch die Projektleitung
- Du konzipierst, entwickelst und setzt strategische Maßnahmen in deinem Kompetenzbereich in enger Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung um
- Du stellst die dauerhafte fachliche Handlungsfähigkeit der Abteilung im EE-Bereich sicher
- Du beobachtest kontinuierlich gesetzliche Vorgaben und regulatorische Entwicklungen, bewertest deren Auswirkungen und leitest Anpassungen ab
- Du repräsentierst die Bank bei Geschäftspartnern, auf Fachveranstaltungen, Vorträgen und Messen rund um das Thema Erneuerbare Energien
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor, Master/Diplom) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanten Zusatzqualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3-5 Jahre, idealerweise 5-10 Jahre) im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien, Finanzierung oder gewerbliches Kreditgeschäft
- Vertieftes Expertenwissen im Wind-Bereich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen im Kredit- und Finanzierungsumfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im gewerblichen Kreditgeschäft, idealerweise mit Bezug zu EE-Projekten
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Entscheidungsfindung mit klarem Blick für Kundenbedürfnisse, Wirtschaftlichkeit und unternehmerisches Handeln.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Veränderungsbereitschaft und Freude an vernetzter Zusammenarbeit zur aktiven Mitgestaltung von Transformationsprozessen.
