Job Description
What you will do
Comprehensive management of the EDPR warehouse, including activities of receiving, storing, maintaining and shipping materials, as well as management and maintenance activities of the facility itself and the work teams, all following EDPR's procedures and policies, using existing support and control systems, and complying with established H&S requirements.
General responsibilities
- Manage the receipt and shipment of warehouse components, ensuring compliance with established control requirements, both those related to their physical handling and those related to associated administrative management.
- Record all information related to the management of warehouse components through SAP and other implemented tools.
- Manage contractors working in the warehouse, ensuring the completion of assigned tasks in terms of scope, deadlines, and quality, always adhering to EDPR's Health & Safety requirements.
- Maintain proper warehouse management, ensuring that components and other items are correctly stored, always maintaining order and cleanliness.
- Conduct periodic inventories of stored components and other items.
- Provide support in managing the transportation necessary for the receipt and delivery of components between the warehouse and wind farms, as well as repair workshops and suppliers.
- Generate purchase requisitions for repair services, transportation, and the purchase of components or materials needed for the warehouse.
- Ensure the proper storage and disposal of waste.
- Ensure that maintenance is performed on those components in the warehouse as indicated by EDPR procedures.
- Generate requested activity reports related to warehouse management. Define, map and analyse operational processes in business development, investment projects, power generation, asset maintenance, and energy management to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

What are we looking for
Academic Skills
- Vocational training (higher level: Technician in Transport and Logistics, Technician in Warehouse Logistics; intermediate level: Technician in Logistics and Warehousing, Technician in Transport Operations, Technician in Transport Management). Specific education in supply chain is highly valued.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing, logistics, or warehousing. Experience in the renewable energy sector, especially wind power, is a plus.
Specific Knowledge
- Knowledge of wind turbines and their components.
- Advanced level of SAP.
- Upper-intermediate level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Forklift operator's license.
- Overhead crane operator's license.
Languages
- Spanish - native speaker
- English - B2 level
