Rejoignez Albioma en tant que Alternant RSE (Mécénat et biodiversité) et participez au développement d'une entreprise engagée dans la transition énergétique !
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Fondation-RSE, vous renforcerez l'équipe de 4 personnes. Vous interviendrez sur un périmètre stratégique alliant fondation, mécénat de compétences, biodiversité et performance extra-financière. Ce poste transversal vous amènera à collaborer étroitement avec les directions internes et les parties prenantes externes afin de structurer, valoriser et renforcer l'impact sociétal et environnemental du Groupe.
Vos missions principales
- Participer au bon fonctionnement de la Fondation sur l'ensemble de ses activités et participer à son développement (suivi de projets, évaluation des actions, rédaction des supports de communication et gestion du Rapport d'activité)
- Contribuer au déploiement du mécénat de compétence au sein du Groupe
- Assurer le suivi des indicateurs RSE relatif à la biodiversité et à la notion financière (DPEF et CSRD)
Autre missions :
- Élaborer la déclaration de performance extra-financière en lien avec la Responsable Performance RSE en centralisant les informations nécessaires
- Création et rédaction de contenu RSE en relation avec le service communication
- Assurer la veille RSE dans les domaines du mécénat
Profil recherché
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac +4 ou Bac +5, idéalement spécialisé en Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE) et/ou en impact social, avec une bonne maitrise de Microsoft office
Compétences clés
- Autonome et curieux
- Capacité à rédiger et synthétiser
- Sensibilité aux enjeux sociaux et environnementaux ; engagement et motivation pour contribuer à des projets à impact positif
La connaissance du monde associatif et des Outremers serait un plus
