Als Personalsachbearbeiter:in bei bioconstruct bist Du ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres HR-Teams. Du übernimmst hauptsächlich administrative Tätigkeiten, das Recruiting und die Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden zählt zu Deinen Nebenaufgaben. Mit Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise sorgst Du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf unserer HR-Prozesse und trägst aktiv dazu bei, dass sich unser Team wohlfühlt und wachsen kann.
- Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle - vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
- Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und personalrelevanten Bescheinigungen
- Unterstützung im Recruiting (Bewerbermanagement, Terminorganisation, Kommunikation)
- Pflege und Verwaltung unseres HR-Systems Personio sowie der Personalakten
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Personalmaßnahmen
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in personalrelevanten Fragen
- Organisation von Schulungen und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Mitarbeit an der Optimierung unserer HR-Prozesse und Auswertungen
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Erste Erfahrung in der Personalsachbearbeitung oder im HR-Bereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office,
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in DATEV und Personio oder vergleichbaren HR-/Abrechnungssystemen
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
