Vos missions

  • Accueil téléphonique et physique
  • Etablissement et comptabilisation des factures clients
  • Contrôle et comptabilisation de la partie fournisseurs
  • Relance paiements clients et suivi litiges fournisseurs
  • Gestion et suivi des contrats d'intérim
  • Suivi et planification des formations
  • Etablissement des contrats de sous-traitance et suivi des pièces administratives
  • Assistance aux réponses aux dossiers d'appel d'Offre
  • Premier contrôle de pointages du personnel et matériel

Profil recherché

De formation Bac +2 de type BTS gestion PME, vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire.

Vous faites preuve d'un excellent sens relationnel, d'autonomie et d'une grande capacité d'adaptation. Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous êtes à l'aise dans la gestion des priorités et dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs variés (internes et externes).

Votre polyvalence, votre esprit d'équipe et vos capacités d'analyse seront des éléments clés pour réussir pleinement dans vos missions.
