Komponenttivalmistus (MTAC) on maailmanluokan valmistaja, joka erikoistuu sylinterinkansien, kiertokankien, moottorilohkojen sekä proto- ja testiosien koneistamiseen ja osakokoonpanoon. Etsimme nyt joukkoomme ammattitaitoista, kehittymishaluista ja hyvällä asenteella olevaa Prosessinkehittäjää ohjaamaan ja kehittämään sylinterikansien koneistusta. Tehtävä on vakituinen ja sen toimipaikka on Vaasa. Työskentely tapahtuu Vaskiluodon uudessa Sustainable Technology Hubissa.

Toiminnon kuvaus

Prosessinkehittäjänä työskentelet osana energistä koneistustiimiä ja vastuualueellesi kuuluu sylinterikansien koneistuksen kehittäminen olemassa oleville sekä uusille tuotteille (NC-ohjelmat, kiinnittimet, menetelmäsuunnittelu). Tehtäviä on mahdollista mukauttaa yksilöllisten taitojesi mukaan.

Tehtävän vaatimukset

  • Kone- ja tuotantotekniikan koulutus tai vastaava kokemus/osaaminen
  • Vähintään 5 vuoden käytännön koneistuskokemus (sis. ohjelmointi, asetukset, kiinnittimet)
  • Teknisten piirrustusten lukutaito (toleranssit, mitoitus)
  • Käyttökokemus erilaisista leikkaavista työkaluista
  • Käyttökokemus erilaisista mittavälineistä
  • CAD/CAM-kokemus (esim. NX CAM tai vastaava)

Osaaminen joka tukee tehtävässä onnistumista

  • Hyvät ongelmanratkaisutaidot sekä päätöksentekokyky
  • Perusymmärrys moottoritekniikasta
  • Automaation ja robotiikan tuntemus katsotaan eduksi
  • Sujuva suomen kielen taito, englannin kieli katsotaan eduksi
