En tant qu'Inspecteur Qualité vous jouez un rôle clé dans le processus de contrôle qualité. Vous êtes le garant de la conformité des pièces et de la documentation associée dès leur arrivée. Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Valider la conformité des pièces lors de l'inspection qualité à la réception.
  • Contrôler la documentation liée à la traçabilité (certificats, relevés qualité, fiches suiveuses...).
  • Effectuer des contrôles visuels et dimensionnels à partir de plans et d'instructions techniques.
  • Participer au traitement des non-conformités et assurer le suivi des pièces isolées en zone de quarantaine.
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les instructions de contrôle.
  • Contribuer aux analyses de résolution de problèmes, en proposant des actions correctives et préventives.
  • Participer activement à la culture qualité, sûreté et amélioration continue au sein de l'atelier.
  • Respecter et faire respecter les règles de sécurité et environnementales.

Profil recherché

  • Formation technique (Bac pro à Bac+2) en qualité, mécanique ou équivalent.
  • Expérience en inspection qualité ou en contrôle dimensionnel souhaitée.
  • Maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques et des outils de mesure.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d'analyse et sens du travail en équipe.

We are looking for ou workshop in Surgères (France) our new Qulity Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in the quality control process. You will be responsible for verifying the compliance of incoming parts and their associated documentation. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Validating the conformity of parts during incoming quality inspection.
  • Checking traceability documentation (certificates, quality records, tracking sheets, etc.).
  • Performing visual and dimensional inspections based on technical drawings and instructions.
  • Participating in the non-conformity management process and monitoring parts quarantined in the quality area.
  • Drafting and updating inspection instructions.
  • Contributing to problem-solving analyses and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the workshop.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Your Profile

  • Technical training (Bac Pro To Bac+2) in quality, mechanics, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality inspection or dimensional control is a plus.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools.
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, analytical, and a team player.
