Responsabilidades
- Realizar atendimento telefônico e por e-mail ao cliente.
- Elaborar cotações e garantir a aprovação do cliente.
- Receber o pedido de reparo, fazer análise crítica e confirmá-lo com o cliente. Realizar acompanhamento do reparo, mantendo todos envolvidos informados.
- Acompanhar trâmites de importação, quando necessário.
- Fazer a gestão do processo de pagamento antecipado.
- Desenvolver proficiência de uso dos sistemas.
Requisitos
- Tecnólogo/Superior completo (desejável).
- Ter atuado em áreas administrativas, preferencialmente comerciais e de pós-venda.
- Atendimento ao cliente.
- Sistema CRM (desejável).
- Sistema ERP.
- Excel e Power Point intermediário.
