Your Tasks
Project Management
You manage sales projects from the initial lead evaluation to the successful signing of contracts. By assessing leads and developing sales opportunities, you ensure that each project aligns with Sunfire's sales objectives.
Customer-Centric Solutions
You understand customer project needs and match them with the best-fitting solutions from Sunfire's product portfolio. Developing winning sales strategies is a core part of your role to stay competitive in the market.
Cross-Functional Team Management
You manage internal, cross-functional proposal teams, bringing together technical and commercial expertise to create compelling offers.
Negotiation and Support
You take the lead in negotiations, driving them to a successful closure of contracts. Additionally, you support account management and business development activities to strengthen customer relationships and expand opportunities.
Your Profile
Education
You have a degree in a technical field of study.
Workexperience
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical or plant engineering, ideally in sales or project management.
Personality
You are a flexible team player and self-starter.
Language
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English at C1-level.
