We are seeking a dedicated Payment Specialist to join our Treasury team and ensure the smooth and accurate execution of our global payment operations.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining reliable financial flows, supporting efficient processes, and contributing to a well‑coordinated Treasury function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling domestic and international payments with speed, accuracy, and confidence
  • Managing smooth and reliable intercompany payment flows
  • Reconciling transactions and turning data into clear, actionable reports
  • Keeping a close eye on daily payment tools
  • Building strong relationships with banks and payment service providers
  • Supporting audits and strengthening internal controls around payment processes
  • Driving automation and helping shape smarter, faster, more efficient payment operations

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in Administration/Banking/Treasury/Accounting, or a Shared Service Centre environment
  • Professional proficiency in Czech and English
  • Solid understanding of domestic and international payment processes
  • Intermediate knowledge of SWIFT formats and message types
  • Intermediate knowledge of basic FX products (spot, swap) and their use in liquidity
  • Bachelor´s degree in Administration/Economics, or a related field
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • Reliable, organised, operationally punctual and effective under pressure
