Job Overview

Employees in this role manage a team of experienced software developers in design, implementation, and delivery activities and is responsible for coordinating all internal and external product development. This position provides strategic direction and technical oversight to the software development team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Defines product strategy and guides the development and enhancement of software products for internal and external customers
  • Develops and executes on group project schedules, including prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to maximize return on investment
  • Works closely with the Marketing, Research and Development, and Operations groups to create and maintain production-ready software
  • Collaborates with the Operational Engineering team to deploy new applications to customers
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 8+ years
  • Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years

The estimated base pay for this position is $157,600.00 to $236,400.00 per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.
