Job Description

Responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and company procedures, and coordinating activities to keep the site running efficiently. Also manages staff travel bookings and courier parcels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain staff records (CVs, IDs, qualifications, training).
  • Arrange medicals for expats and visitors; issue site badges.
  • Update training registers and grievance records.
  • Take minutes in meetings and manage site assets, stationery, and paperwork.
  • Organize site events when required.
  • Handle petty cash, quotations, and payment systems.
  • Support employee engagement (welcome packs, welfare gifts, vouchers).
  • Book flights for employees and arrange courier parcels.
