Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung beim Bewerbermanagement und im Tagesgeschäft der Abteilung Human Resources (z.B. On- und Offboarding, Vereinbaren von Vorstellungsgesprächen. Bescheinigungswesen, Personalcontrolling)
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von aktuellen HR-Projekten (z.B. Neukonzeption Onboarding, Umsetzung der Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie, Mitarbeiterhandbuch)
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen
  • Pflege der digitalen Personalakten
  • Mitwirkung im Bereich der betrieblichen Ausbildung
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen und anderen Unterlagen
  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung im Bereich HR

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften mit Studienschwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung
  • Vorkenntnisse im Personalbereich von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen insbesondere PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftDu handelst auf Basis eines klaren Wertesystems, in dem Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Wertschätzung einen festen Platz haben
