Job Description
We are excited to offer an internship opportunity within our C&I ESS Service team, where you will support the delivery and operation of commercial and industrial energy storage projects across Europe. If you are passionate about renewable energy and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry, this role could be the perfect fit.
In this role, you will work closely with service engineers, technical experts, and customers to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality service support. Your main responsibilities include:
- Support the delivery management of C&I ESS projects across Europe, helping coordinate tasks and track project progress.
- Assist technical experts in preparing and organizing technical documentation, ensuring information is clear and accessible for service teams and partners.
- Provide initial technical support for C&I ESS commissioning and maintenance, helping troubleshoot basic issues and coordinating with senior engineers when necessary.
- Contribute to optimizing delivery and service processes, documenting common issues and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Actively communicate with customers, collecting their requirements and feedback, and supporting the team in proposing practical solutions.
Your profile

- You are currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and can maintain student status for at least 6 months during the internship.
- You have fluent English and Chinese language skills that allow you to communicate professionally and read technical documentation. Additional European language skills are considered a strong plus.
- Experience with data processing, analysis, or programming is a plus.
- You have a strong interest in renewable energy and a willingness to learn and grow in the energy storage industry.
- You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
