Dein Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder einen Bachelor im Energiebereich/ Anlagenbau oder Maschinenbau
- Oder Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Anlagenbau und bei der Auslegung und Berechnung von thermodynamischen Systemen mit Stressberechnung gesammelt
- Du überzeugst durch eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Laune bei der Arbeit mit dem Team
Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die Planung und Berechnung von Rohleitungssystemen
- Du verbindest die Prozessschritte der Brennstoffvorbereitung, Energiefreisetzung und -wandlung miteinander
- Du arbeitest mit an der Entwicklung von Biomasseheizkraftwerken
- Du integrierst Anlagenteile wie Trockner, Festbettvergaser, Motoren, Turbinen und ORC-Prozesse in ein optimiertes Gesamtsystem
- Du entwickelst Versuchs- und Demonstrationsanlagen sowie Brennstoffaufbereitungsanlagen
- Du begleitest Testreihen
- Du planst und entwickelst kundenspezifische Lösungen zum Einsatz der projektierten Anlagentechnik an verschiedenen Standorten
- Du übernimmst nach der Einarbeitungsphase die Projektleitungsverantwortung
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Ausschreibungen, die Vergabe, die Bauüberwachung und die Abnahme der Anlagen
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teammitgliedern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Arbeitsschritte bis zur Inbetriebnahme erfolgreich umgesetzt werden
