Job Description

In this role, you will coordinate retrofit projects from assessment through to completion, ensuring all work follows PAS 2035 and PAS 2030 standards. Working closely with assessors, designers, installers and compliance teams, you will oversee Medium-Term Improvement Plans (MTIPs), review technical documentation, and identify potential risks such as moisture, ventilation or structural issues. Your work will ensure retrofit measures are appropriate for each property and delivered safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.

We are looking for someone with a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management and Level 3 Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings, along with strong knowledge of PAS 2035/2030 and experience delivering retrofit or energy efficiency projects. Experience with ECO4, GBIS or SHDF programmes would be advantageous.

There is the potential for a hybrid role, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days a week

Key Responsibilities

Retrofit Project Coordination

  • Coordinate retrofit projects from assessment through to completion.
  • Develop and oversee Medium-Term Improvement Plans (MTIPs).
  • Ensure all retrofit activities follow the PAS 2035 process.

Risk & Technical Oversight

  • Identify building risks including moisture, ventilation, overheating and structural risks.
  • Ensure retrofit measures are suitable for the property type and construction.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure compliance with PAS 2035, PAS 2030 and Trust Mark requirements.
  • Review retrofit documentation including assessments, EPCs and technical designs.
  • Support quality assurance processes and audit readiness.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with retrofit assessors, designers, installers and compliance teams.
  • Maintain clear communication across project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
