Deine Aufgaben

Für ein großes Energieinfrastrukturprojekt suchen wir zum 04.05.2026 eine Projektsteuerung im Bereich Kabelverlegung (m/w/d). Der Einsatzort ist Würzburg, ergänzt durch eine regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit nach Hannover (alle zwei Wochen für 1-3 Tage). Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Tag pro Woche remote zu arbeiten. Die Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

  • Übernahme der Planung, Steuerung und Koordination des Projekts, inklusive Termin‑, Budget‑ und Leistungsüberwachung sowie Abstimmung aller beteiligten Fachbereiche
  • Aufbau und Durchführung eines strukturierten Reportings, inklusive Risikoidentifikation, Risikoverfolgung, Problem‑ und Erwartungsmanagement sowie Bearbeitung der ersten Eskalationsebene
  • Steuerung des Lieferanten- und Vertragsmanagements, von der fachlichen Bewertung über technische Verhandlungen bis zur Sicherstellung der Umsetzung aller projektbezogenen Vertragsanforderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller HSE‑ und Compliance‑Vorgaben, Durchführung von HSE‑Vorfalluntersuchungen und Umsetzung des Zero‑Harm‑Prinzips im Projekt

Anforderungen & deine Expertise

  • Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung oder im Projektmanagement von Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Technisches Verständnis im Bereich Kabeltechnik
  • Einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise inkl. Zertifizierung (IMPA, PMP)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
