Description de poste
Vous souhaitez acquérir une expérience enrichissante, le département Service, responsable du bon fonctionnement des parcs éoliens de ses clients, recherche un Leader technicien qui sera en charge de supporter les chargés d'exploitation dans la gestion opérationnelle de la SSU et la supervision des techniciens de leur secteur géographique. Les missions :
- Accompagner les techniciens dans leurs activités afin de garantir le respect règles de sécurité, procédures ou process (permis de travail, PDP, alertes sécurité, etc)
- Supporter le superviseur pour les activités de maintenance sur le terrain
- Assurer le suivi des activités de maintenance et apporter un support technique dans le cadre de la montée en compétence des équipes.
- Participer aux interventions complexes nécessitant un haut niveau de maîtrise technique, l'utilisation d'outils spécifiques, la réalisation de diagnostiques avancés (e.g. data logger, Vestas Turbine Monitor, borescope,.)
- Documenter les défauts turbine dans les systèmes société en tant qu'observations dans SF, SAP Intervenir dans le système de contrôle des turbines dans le cadre des services ou activités d'installation.
- Garantir un haut niveau de qualité pour le reporting interne et externe au sein de SF, i-auditor, SIF ou tout autre système société
- Travailler selon les Vestas process et accompagner le développement des nouvelles procédures ou outils
- Contribuer à la formation des techniciens et agents de maintenance pour les compétences techniques, procédures opérationnelles et mesures de sécurité.
- Supporter le superviseur dans l'évaluation continue et le suivi des plans de développement des équipes
- Dans certains cas : Echanger avec les clients concernant les activités opérationnelles.
Le profil :
- Expérience solide ou formation initiale dans les domaines électricité, mécanique et ou hydraulique en accord avec la legislation et les standards locaux (certification locale)
- Connaissance et expérience souhaitée en analyse de pannes. Capacité à transmettre les méthodes d'analyse et le contexte terrain, aisance dans la résolution de problèmes,
- Faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe et de leadership. Etablir et maintenir des relations de travail cordiales et efficaces
- Capacité à représenter une image positive de l'équipe vis-à-vis des clients internes et externes et à rester professionnel en cas de crise ou problème.
- Réactivité et capacités d'adaptation démontrées
- Maitrise dans l'utilisation des outils complexes : vérin hydraulique, chauffage par induction, outils de diagnostique ( multimètre, VOB, etc)
- Bonne pratique de la langue locale et de l'anglais
