Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei allen Belangen des Lieferanten- sowie Warenmanagements
  • Interne Ansprechperson für Supply Chain Anfragen (interne projektbezogene Rückfragen, Anfragen von Versanddienstleistern, Kundenservice etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Abwicklung von Projektaufträgen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Ausarbeitung, Beschreibung und Optimierung der Supply Chain Prozesse
  • Übertragung und Prüfung von Supply Chain Daten in unser CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Pflege Supply Chain bezogener Daten (Inbounds, Outbounds etc.) in SAP
  • Entwicklung, Analyse und Pflege Supply Chain relevanter Kennzahlen in unseren Reports

Dein Profil

  • Immatrikulierte:r Student:in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain oder Logistik Management oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen
  • SAP sowie Microsoft Dynamics Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit Schwerpunkt Excel
  • Analytische und qualitätsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Affinität zur Problemlösung
  • Erste Arbeitserfahrung in Nebenjobs und Praktika von Vorteil
