Job Description

Become a Construction/Maintenance Accountant at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll perform accounting, administrative and warehousing functions associated with operations and maintenance activities. This includes collaborating with various departments to meet a common goal, resolving problems, meeting deadlines, and conducting yourself respectfully and professionally. This organization is highly visible to management at a local level due to supporting the whole district/grid on reports and completing deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic clerical and accounting experience.
  • Valid U.S. Driver License.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience processing and closing work orders.
  • Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
  • Knowledgeable with material management processes and procedures.
  • Experienced with various applications/programs such as SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiar with field construction materials.
  • Familiar with the various phases of work order closure and timekeeping processes.
  • Providing exceptional internal/external customer service.
