In this pivotal role, you'll lead and empower a team of Energy Executives, ensuring they have the guidance, support, and motivation needed to consistently meet performance targets and contribute to the delivery of our wider operational strategy. Acting as a key point of escalation and oversight, you'll help maintain high standards, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our processes support exceptional customer experiences.
You'll play a central role in monitoring performance, managing workloads, and resolving barriers that impact delivery.
