What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Daily Adventures)
- Testing products and wastewater (because someone has to make sure it's doing what it's supposed to do)
- Keeping an eye on product quality alongside the production team
- Running final tests and deciding if a batch is "good to go" or "nope, try again"
- Creating and reviewing paperwork (yes, there's paperwork - but you'll be great at it)
- Releasing product for shipment and sending docs to the right people
- Putting materials on HOLD when they misbehave
- Making sure lab equipment is behaving itself
- Preparing and distributing lab paperwork for production orders
- Helping the team improve quality, reduce waste, and generally be awesome
- Tracking inventory like a pro
- Keeping lab files organized (future-you will thank you)
- Following the lab cleaning checklist (clean lab = happy lab)
- Sending samples to customers and delivering samples when needed
- Keeping an eye on lab supplies so we don't run out at the worst possible time
- Suggesting smarter, safer, and more efficient ways to do things
- Owning 5S in the lab (aka keeping things neat, tidy, and not chaotic)
What You Bring to the Table
- 3-5 years of experience (nice to have, not a dealbreaker)
- High school diploma or equivalent (also nice to have)
- Basic Excel skills (you and spreadsheets should be on speaking terms)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (yes, really)
- Ability to climb ladders without fear (or at least mild hesitation)
- Attention to detail (you notice the small stuff others miss)
- Team player who can also work independently
