Your role

  1. Organized internal R&D and technical communication with customers, collected client R&D projects and battery performance requirements, and provided demand source for internal R&D;
  2. Follow up research and development projects of clients, collect battery performance requirements, organize internal research and development to provide electrolyte samples to customers;
  3. Regularly follow up the evaluation progress and performance test of the client battery project, and cooperate with the client research and development project;
  4. Cooperate with business, promote project evaluation, and achieve client project breakthrough;
  5. Organize internal research and development and technical forces to solve the complaints and customer complaints on the client side after the implementation of mass production, so as to achieve stable supply;
  6. Customer relationship maintenance and technical communication.
