We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Mesquite, TX. The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized records related to manufacturing operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Maintain and organize all manufacturing-related documents, including shipping and receiving records, inventory logs, and quality control reports.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into electronic systems and spreadsheets to track inventory levels, shipments, and order processing.
  • Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all relevant documents and certifications are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels and assist in conducting regular inventory audits.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on manufacturing performance, document accuracy, and inventory status to management as needed.
