Job Description

As a key member of RWE's global Talent Acquisition team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across international markets, with a primary focus on Denmark and the UK/Ireland.

Based in Copenhagen, you will act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and stakeholders across geographies, building strong talent pipelines to support RWE's plans for growth in the renewable energy sector. Working closely with Global Mobility and People Development, you will contribute to a holistic workforce strategy aligned with long-term workforce planning.

About the role

  • Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets, with a primary focus on Denmark and the UK/Ireland and broader reach across RWE's global business
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers across multiple geographies, providing market insights and guidance on international hiring strategies
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies, including talent pooling, succession planning, and AI-driven tools, tailored to diverse markets
  • Build and maintain reliable international talent pipelines to support current and future business needs across regions
  • Manage internal and external recruitment activities, including agency partnerships, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and internal quality standards across multiple jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with Global Mobility and HR teams to support international hiring, cross-border moves, and relocation processes
  • Support early careers initiatives (graduates, apprentices, internships) and large-scale recruitment campaigns across relevant markets

Job requirements and experience

  • Significant experience in international talent acquisition or global talent management, within a complex, matrixed organisation with multi-country scope
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries and regions, with particular familiarity with the Danish market as well as the UK and Ireland
  • Experience building and executing global sourcing strategies and developing diverse talent pipelines across varied geographies
  • Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to gain buy-in and build relationships across cultures, time zones, and seniority levels
  • Strategic mindset combined with a practical, delivery-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a rapidly changing, international environment
  • Proficient with modern recruiting tools and systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and sourcing via social media and AI-based tools
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience
  • Business fluency in English is essential; additional languages, particularly Danish or German
