To support our continued growth in Northern and Central Europe (NCE), we are looking for an HSEQ Manager NCE who will take ownership of the regional HSEQ agenda and drive safety performance across our operations.

As HSEQ Manager NCE, you will be a key member of the regional management team, responsible for driving HSEQ strategy, performance, and culture across NCE.

This is a highly visible leadership role combining strategic oversight with a strong hands-on presence in the field. You will work closely with operational teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure the highest safety and quality standards across both installation and service activities.

Your qualifications

  • Strong experience in HSEQ within both installation and service projects in the wind turbine sector
  • Previous managerial experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams
  • Practical, hands-on approach with operational teams and willingness to be present on sites
  • Confidence in engaging and communicating with clients and external stakeholders
  • Ability to raise standards and drive transformational change
  • Ability to adapt, connect and engage with people
  • Successful implementation of management systems
  • Experience with incident investigation and auditing processes
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ management systems and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trained HSEQ auditor
  • Chartered health and safety professional, or working towards chartered

Your Role

  • Act as a key member of the NCE management team, providing expert guidance on all HSEQ-related matters across the region
  • Lead and develop the regional HSEQ team, strengthening capabilities and ensuring effective support to operational activities
