What They Do

OX2 is a prominent renewable energy developer that specializes in wind power, having established its foundational expertise in this area since its inception in 2004. The company has developed and initiated construction on approximately 3.9 GW of onshore wind projects aimed at industrial and institutional customers, while also expanding its portfolio to include offshore wind, solar power since 2018, and energy storage solutions such as battery energy storage systems (BESS) (source: ox2.com). OX2 provides comprehensive end-to-end services across the renewable energy value chain, which encompasses financing, permitting, construction, technical and commercial management, and the sales of turnkey projects. This includes notable hybrid projects like the 119 MW solar plus 100 MW BESS SEC Renewable Energy Park Horsham in Australia (source: ox2.com). The company targets markets across Europe and Australia, catering to industrial customers, institutional investors, and utilities through power purchase agreements (PPAs), including significant contracts with major corporations like Google (source: renewables.digital). OX2 has established itself as Europe's leading developer of large-scale onshore wind projects since 2015, with over 3.2 GW developed and sold historically, leveraging its full value-chain integration and competitive pricing strategies (source: peas.com).
