Job Description
Join us to shape the future of sustainable energy by leading the full lifecycle of our biomethane asset portfolio. From construction to long-term optimization, your expertise will drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence in operations.
What you will do
- Define and execute lifecycle strategies for construction, commissioning, and operations of biomethane assets.
- Oversee the delivery of capital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with a focus on safety and quality.
- Manage EPC partners, engineering firms, and contractors to deliver new builds, upgrades, and refurbishments.
- Lead commissioning processes, ensuring performance validation, safety acceptance, and seamless handovers.
- Optimize operational performance, ensuring high availability, feedstock efficiency, and biomethane production.
- Govern maintenance strategies, lifecycle planning, and asset integrity programs to ensure long-term reliability.
- Drive compliance with HSE regulations and foster a strong safety culture across all sites.
What you bring & who you are
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
- 10-15+ years of experience in industrial plant operations and construction, ideally with an EPC project management background.
- Proven expertise in managing large capital projects and leading multi-site operations.
- Technical knowledge of biogas, anaerobic digestion, or upgrading technologies.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced project management expertise (PMI/IPMA preferred) and financial acumen across OPEX/CAPEX.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and HSE leadership.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on standardization and operational excellence.
