HR Intern - 6-Month FTC (f/m/d)

Job Description

As an HR intern with Axpo Bulgaria, you will play a key role in supporting our Learning & Development initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations. What you will do

Learning & Development & Training Programs

• Coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives
• Manage logistics for trainings including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication
• Track attendance, collect feedback, and monitor training participation
• Report on training effectiveness; analyze and document learning outcomes
• Maintain training databases and learning records

HR Administration and Policy Updates

• Support the maintenance and update of HR policies and procedures
• Assist in organizing and filing HR documentation
• Support onboarding processes for new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR filing systems

What you bring & who you are

• You have a Bachelor Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field or you are in the final year of obtaining one
• You bring experience in training coordination, event planning, or similar (a plus)
• You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
• You have experience with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• You possess excellent administrative and organizational skills
• You demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
