Your Role

As part of the production team, you will report initially to the Production manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical and electronic parts.
  • Inspect and test manufactured products & incoming goods.
  • Track manufacturing and inspection steps in the ERP.
  • Work according to internal documentation.
  • Maintain complete traceability in manufacturing.
  • Report unexpected events & findings and promote safety of flight.
  • Perform product Final Inspection.
  • Comply with internal safety guidelines.
  • Participate to the scale-up and growth of production activities (e.g. collaborative edition of Technical Instructions).

Your Profile

  • Experience in a regulated environment is appreciated, but not mandatory
  • Background in mechanics or electronics, a mix of both is a plus
  • Comfortable following internal procedures while remaining open to change and continuous improvement
  • Electrical / wiring knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with machine, process, or maintenance environments is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities as needed
  • Genuine interest in working in the innovative field of electrical aviation
  • Willingness to occasionally work at another company site if the need arises
  • Good level of English; French is an asset
