We have an exciting internship opportunity for you to explore - supporting our Service team in Pamplona. Curious what this role is all about? Let's dive in:
- Assist Service Engineers and partners in daily troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
- Document recurring problems and summarize solution processes to improve service efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to gather documentation and support ESS commissioning planning.
- Monitor plant performance and report on problematic sites to enable timely corrective actions.
