Job Description

Are you a university student looking to gain hands‑on experience in financial controlling within an international environment? Join our Group Financial Controlling Team and support key reporting activities while learning from experienced professionals.

This role is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance and contribute to meaningful Group‑wide operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the monthly financial close process, including basic reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of reporting inputs
  • Maintaining and regularly reconciling assigned balance sheet accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of management reports and consolidated financial overviews
  • Helping to ensure correct intercompany eliminations and cost allocations across Group entities
  • Contributing to the ongoing ERP enhancement project by supporting data checks, simple testing tasks, and process documentation
  • Cooperating with Accounting and Consolidation teams to ensure consistency between controlling data and statutory records
  • Preparing supporting materials, presentations, and ad‑hoc analyses for the senior management
  • Participating in improving controlling processes, tools, and reporting practices across the Group

Qualifications and Experience

  • A university student (preferably in economics, finance, or related field), who can work 20 - 30 hours per week, ideally spread across 4-5 working days
  • Advanced Czech and English, both written and spoken
  • Very good MS Excel skills, SQL basics are an advantage
  • A communicative team player who is not afraid to ask questions and can also work independently
  • Organized, proactive, and motivated to learn
