Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een Compliance & Financieel Manager

Jouw Rol

In deze rol ben je het strategische en operationele aanspreekpunt voor compliance én finance. Je geeft leiding aan een goed functionerend financieel team (3 ervaren collega's) en neemt de lead in een aantal cruciale compliance taken die nu nog bij de algemeen directeur liggen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en maakt deel uit van het MT.

Wat ga je doen

Governance & compliance

  • Je organiseert de RVA- en AVA-momenten, stelt agenda's en stukken op, bewaakt procedures en deadlines, en neemt deel aan de vergaderingen
  • Je levert vanuit compliance en finance input op interne bedrijfsprocessen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor subsidies: aanvragen, beheren, rapporteren en coördineren met interne en externe partners
  • Je bent het eerste interne aanspreekpunt voor juridische vraagstukken (grond- en aandelentransacties, statutaire zaken, contracten, afstemming met huisjurist en andere dienstverleners)

Finance & risicomanagement

  • Je geeft leiding aan de financiële afdeling en zorgt voor een robuuste financiële administratie, tijdige jaarcijfers en een soepel accountantsproces
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het financiële deel van risicomanagement, inclusief contractuele borging en verzekeringen
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor banken en financiële instellingen en zorgt dat er voldoende middelen beschikbaar zijn voor projecten en uitbreidingen
  • Je signaleert trends, analyseert financiële resultaten en KPI's en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete adviezen voor directie en MT
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de financiële afdeling in het MT en speelt een actieve rol in de strategische ontwikkeling van de organisatie

  • 5-10 jaar relevante werkervaring als compliance officer, financieel manager of financieel directeur; ervaring binnen industrie, IT of energiesector is een pré
  • Kennis van compliance, financiële regelgeving, risicomanagement en procesoptimalisatie
  • Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift
