  6. Innovate collaboration across talent service channels to enhance recruitment efficiency and control labor costs.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  1. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in Europe, with a preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher and experience in chemical manufacturing companies.
