Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated SAP S/4HANA Key User - Quality Management to support our Quality Global Lead Functions and play a key role in shaping and strengthening our Quality Management System (QMS) landscape. The role acts as a primary bridge between business users and IT, ensuring system reliability, process harmonization, high-quality data, and continuous improvement across global quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
As an SAP S/4HANA Key User - Quality Management, you will:
- Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA Quality Management
- Provide first-level end-user support and resolve system-related issues
- Drive continuous improvement of quality-related systems and processes
- Support global harmonization of quality processes and system usage
- Implement new functionalities, system changes, and updates
- Train end users and key stakeholders on system functionalities
- Collaborate closely with business, IT, and Quality teams globally
Key Tasks

First-Level End User Support (SAP S/4HANA - Quality Management)
- Receive, process, and assign incoming system support tickets
- Troubleshoot system errors and support system customizing activities
- Provide daily operational support to Quality Management users
- Organize and deliver training for new and existing users

Continuous Improvement & System Development
- Gather and coordinate business inputs for IT system requirements
- Track business requirements throughout the full lifecycle
- Create, execute, and document test scenarios
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
- Identify relevant end-user groups and plan targeted training programs
- Create, manage, and follow up on system implementation plans
- Establish, support, and facilitate Super User communities
Professional Competencies
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of professional experience with strong SAP exposure
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM)
- Experience with additional systems such as Osapiens, Prescience (advantage)
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D methodology)
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Understanding of Agile Project Management principles
- Strong user-level skills in Microsoft 365 tools
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
