Momentaufnahme von Deinem Tag
Nach der Arbeitseinsatzbesprechung mit deinem Vorarbeiter und Team gehst du zusammen mit einem Kollegen zu dem besprochenen Projekt, wie einem Generator oder Motor. Dort montiert ihr mit Hilfe modernster Hilfsmittel verschiedenste Bauteile zu einem fertigen Generator. Falls es zu einer Unterbrechung bei der projektbezogenen Arbeit kommt, führst du anstehende Instandhaltungstätigkeiten an unserem Fertigungsequipment durch.
Wie Du etwas bewirken kannst
- Hauptaufgaben: Montagearbeiten an komplexen Anlagen und Baugruppen
- Innerbetriebliche Montage von Anlagen inklusive aller Komponenten und Baugruppen gemäß Zeichnungen, Arbeitsplänen und/oder Stücklisten unter Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsvorgaben
- Einsatz komplexer Hilfsvorrichtungen, um unsere Produkte zu fertigen
- Registrierung und Erfassung von Messdaten und Auftragsrückmeldungen
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Montageabläufe und Arbeitsprozesse
Was Du mitbringst
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Metallbauer (w/m/d), Industriemechaniker (w/m/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (w/m/d), Konstruktionsmechaniker (w/m/d), Schlosser (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Idealerweise bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den o.g. Bereichen
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Spaß an handwerklichen Aufgaben
- Selbstständigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
- Schichtbereitschaft
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
