Your role
- Develop, test and adjust electrolyte materials according to the company's annual target;
- According to product development requirements, investigate and collect the latest material research and development progress and the latest material technology;
- Responsible for the design, evaluation, development and related mechanism research of new electrolyte materials and electrolyte additive materials;
- According to the corresponding battery material system and battery performance requirements, design electrolyte formula and verify the performance of electrolyte formula battery;
- Responsible for tracking raw materials, pilot test and mass production of new products;
- Responsible for process safety management of the department.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- 3-5 years working experience in related industry, bachelor degree or above, with knowledge of electrochemistry, organic chemistry, material chemistry, proficient in battery materials related analysis technology;
- Familiar with the anode and cathode material system of lithium batteries, and have in-depth understanding of various materials (including gram capacity, compaction, surface density, energy density, etc.); Have a certain understanding of the battery preparation process;
- Strong product research and development ability, project management ability and departmental communication and coordination ability.
- Proficient in using various equipment and failure analysis methods of battery performance, including operation of electrochemical workstation, DCR, K value, HPPC, EIS and other test and analysis methods.
