Job Description

  • Erstellung einfacher und komplexer Angebote (technisch und kommerziell) inklusive Angebotszeichnungen in Abstimmung mit dem Account Manager.
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Entwicklung kundenindividueller Lösungen zur Angebotserstellung.
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Klärung von Rückfragen und Updates zu erstellten Angeboten.
  • Prüfung von Aufträgen und Verträgen auf Übereinstimmung mit dem angenommenen Angebot sowie Klärung etwaiger Abweichungen.
  • Initiierung und Koordination der Erstellung technischer Unterlagen (z. B. Beschreibungen, Zeichnungen) für eine vollständige und reibungslose Übergabe an das Projektengineering zur Produktionsfreigabe.
