Vous êtes maître de la performance/référent technique de votre machine de production, et vos principales missions seront :

  • Assurer le paramétrage des systèmes automatisés de production
  • Surveiller, analyser et contrôler les paramètres de production, les produits et les lots (DOE, tests, analyses, etc.)
  • Participer à la mise en place et au lancement des process et lignes de production
  • Assurer la mise à jour régulière des journaux de production
  • Détecter les défauts des machines, les écarts de cadence et signaler toute non-conformité
  • Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau
  • Maintenir un espace de production propre et sécurisé
  • Garantir le respect des protocoles de sécurité
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des process de production

Prérequis

  • Expérience significative sur un poste similaire dans un milieu industriel
  • Anglais technique souhaité
  • Pédagogue, rigoureux, force de proposition et méthodique
  • Esprit d'analyse et capacité d'adaptation
