Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central sowie angrenzenden Systemen
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von End‑to‑End‑ERP‑Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen
  • Leitung und Mitwirkung bei ERP‑Rollout‑ und Weiterentwicklungsprojekten auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
  • Koordination von Neuentwicklungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Development‑Partnern
  • Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung externer Dienstleister
  • Globaler ERP‑Support für das Headquarter und unsere internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
  • Planung und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Microsoft ERP‑Umfeld, idealerweise mit Programmiererfahrung in AL / C‑AL
  • Ausgeprägtes Geschäftsprozessverständnis und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sie agieren auf Basis eines klaren Wertesystems, in dem Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Wertschätzung einen festen Platz haben
