Job Description

The Verification Clerk is responsible for welcoming, guiding, and verifying customers at the collection center. The role ensures proper visitor flow management, provides essential information about BURN products, and supports customer case registration and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Filter and manage entries into the collection center.
  • Provide essential information to customers interested in purchasing BURN products.
  • Ensure that customers contacted by the customer service team have all the necessary documents and requirements for purchase registration.
  • Receive and document customer complaints and concerns.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate departments or services according to their needs.
  • Record all customer cases received during the day in both physical registers and digital systems.
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal collection center procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be over 20 years old.
  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor level equivalent).
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and speak confidently in public.
  • Must own an Android smartphone.
  • Punctual, dynamic, and well-organized.
  • Strong customer reception and orientation skills.
  • Good level in French and lingala (other local languages will be good added value).
