Das erwartet Dich

Als Projekt-/Bauleiter:in BESS (m/w/d) übernimmst du die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die Planung, Umsetzung und Inbetriebnahme von Batterie-Energiespeichersystemen (BESS) sowie hybriden Energieprojekten in Deutschland und Österreich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von BESS- und Hybridenergieprojekten von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten, Qualität sowie das Projektcontrolling einschließlich Risiko- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Koordination und Steuerung aller Projektbeteiligten wie Kunden, Netzbetreiber, Lieferanten, Dienstleister und Nachunternehmer
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Umsetzung, des Netzanschlusses sowie der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und sicherheitstechnischer Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des BESS-Geschäftsbereiches sowie bei technischen Konzepten und Kundenpräsentationen

Wen wir suchen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektro-, Energie- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Energie- oder Infrastrukturprojekte, idealerweise im Bereich BESS, Photovoltaik oder Umspannwerke
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projekt- und Vertragsmanagement sowie in der Steuerung von Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten
  • Technisches Verständnis für Energiespeicher-, Netzanschluss- und Energiemanagementsysteme sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands und teilweise Österreichs, einschließlich regelmäßiger mehrtägiger oder mehrwöchiger Einsätze am Stück
