Rejoignez la Direction Des Ressources Humaines d'Albioma en tant que chargé(e) développement RH, et tenez un rôle clé dans la transformation énergétique grâce à une participation active au sein d'une équipe RH dynamique.

Rattaché-e à la Responsable Recrutement et Développement RH, vous apportez votre contribution à la gestion des processus de développement RH du Groupe.

Vos missions principales

  • Participer à la mise en place et au suivi des actions de développement des compétences et de la formation des collaborateurs
  • Contribuer à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs en accompagnant les managers, en organisant des sessions d'accueil et en veillant à l'organisation des visites médicales
  • Être garant du remplissage des outils SIRH à disposition, en assurer le support aux utilisateurs et participer à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux projets SIRH
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs RH et participer à l'élaboration de tableaux de bord pour évaluer l'efficacité des actions mises en place
  • Être en relation avec les équipes RH basées en France et à l'international
  • Participation à des projets RH transverses

Profil recherché

Profil souhaité & Compétences requises

Vous recherchez une entreprise pour effectuer votre dernière année de Master 2 en Ressources Humaines ou votre Master 1 et votre Master 2. Vous souhaitez découvrir ou perfectionner votre gestion des processus développement RH dans une entreprise tournée vers la transition énergétique.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et la manipulation de données. La pratique de l'anglais est appréciée.
