Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Systems Test Engineer to own validation strategy, requirements, manufacturing test systems, calibration, and test projects. This is a critical position for the company and the proper candidate will enjoy industry-leading benefits and work environment shared with top notch talent, as well as opportunities for growth and self-development in one of the industry's highest growth companies.

This position will work with the engineering and manufacturing teams and be specifically focused on test strategy, validation, and production test systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power electronics and test engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality test solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define test strategy for engineering validation, manufacturing, and calibration.
  • Lead development of production and engineering test systems.
  • Manage internal engineering resources and external vendors.
  • Develop test requirements from product specifications.
  • Own manufacturing test stations throughout their lifecycle.
  • Define calibration methodologies and equipment.
  • Lead engineering validation testing and qualification activities.
  • Drive design-for-test (DFT) improvements with hardware and firmware teams.
  • Specify instrumentation and automated test equipment.
  • Develop automation tools and scripts using Python, LabVIEW, or similar technologies.
  • Analyze test data to improve product quality and manufacturing yield.

Qualifications
